Can I customize the rewards on the wheel?
Yes. You choose the rewards, their probabilities, and the visual design. Most restaurants use 6-8 segments with rewards like percentage discounts, free items, or loyalty points.
What happens after the guest spins?
The reward is automatically saved to their Apple or Google Wallet. They can also receive a WhatsApp or email reminder before the reward expires. When they return to redeem, staff verifies the pass with one tap.
Does every spin win something?
That is up to you. Most restaurants configure every spin as a win (with varying reward values) because it maximizes engagement and goodwill. You control the probability of each reward.
How do guests access the wheel?
