What if they don't save the pass?
You're not charged. We only bill for passes actually added to Apple or Google Wallet.
Can I turn Wallet passes off?
Yes — toggle Wallet on/off anytime in Business Profile settings. The core SpiniX features (wheel, email, reviews) work without Wallet passes.
Is the $0.25 on top of the €29/mo subscription?
Yes. €29/mo covers the full SpiniX platform (gamification, email automation, review collection, guest database). The $0.25 per save is only for the optional Wallet pass feature.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum. $5 usage = $5 charge. Simple.
What's included in the first month 90% off?
The base subscription drops to around €2.90 (or equivalent in your currency). Wallet pass usage is billed separately at $0.25/save from day one.
